Individual EMDR Therapy Consultation
Choosing to schedule individual consultations offers one on one focused attention & space to explore the nuances of your challenging case(s) through an EMDR Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) lens. A free brief introductory consultation is required prior to establishing this service.
Group EMDR Therapy Consultation
Choosing to schedule a group consultation offers the collective power of community, the sharing of wisdom/experience with other seasoned EMDR trained therapist, while seeking guidance through an EMDR Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) lens. A free brief introductory consultation is offered prior to establishing this service.

Yes. You should already be EMDR trained by an EMDRIA approved trainer/organization. Please note, a copy of your EMDR Basic training certificate is required.

Yes. There is an option to book a free 25 min "Introductory EMDR Consultation." This provides space to assess goodness of fit. An introductory consultation is required for Individual EMDR Consultations.

Consultations are primarily virtual; however, in person may be an option if you are a local (San Diego, CA) clinician.
